Trust as a Source of Truth: Applying Trust Theory, I believe we assess the health of a program through the quality of relationships (Respect, Integrity, Competence) rather than merely wins and losses.
Rejecting Decontextualized Knowledge: I do not value "colorblind" research that overlooks the racial and socioeconomic factors influencing an athlete’s reality.
